Houston's First Annual Indie Book Festival will feature Houston area independent publishers, magazines, and booksellers; readings from Mat Johnson, David Maclean, and others; and a possible appearance by Marjane Satrapi, author of Persepolis. The festival will start at 10 am and go to 5 pm. It is sponsored by Inprint and the Council of Literary Magazines and Presses (CLMP). |
